device. If you like a certain view with different options than the Preview or Outline views,
you can also create and work with custom views.
Change the Display View
•
Preview View.
Click the
View
menu, and then click
Preview
.
•
Outline View.
Click the
View
menu, and then click
Outline
.
To view all artwork in a layer as outlines, Ctrl-click (Win) or Command-click
(Mac) the eye icon for the layer in the Layers panel.
To view all items in unselected layers as outlines, Alt-Ctrl-click (Win) or Option-
Command-click (Mac) the eye icon for the layer in the Layers panel.

Show Print Tiling.
Click the
View
menu, and then click
Show Print Tiling
. To
hide print tiling, click the Show Print Tiling command again.

Create a New View.
Set up the view the way you want, click the
View
menu,
click
New View
, enter a name, and then click
OK
.

Rename or Delete a View.
Click the
View
menu, click
Edit Views
, select a view,
rename it or click
Delete
, and then click
OK
.
•
Switch Between Custom Views.
Click the
View
menu, and then select a view by
name.
