Abstract This article highlights the development of potassium channel blockers
as antiarrhythmic agents. The chemical structures, the structure-activity rela-
tionships (SARs) of related potassium channel blockers, and their possible
binding modes reported so far in literatures and patents are summarized and
evaluated.
