Cyril Gerber Fine Art One of Glasgow's best small galleries, it veers away
from the avant-garde, specializing in British painting of the 19th and 20th centuries.
It has good Scottish landscapes and cityscapes as well as works by Colourists and
the Glasgow Boys. Gerber is the city's most respected art authority for several
decades, with lots of contacts in art circles throughout Britain and Europe. 148 W.

Glasgow Print Studio In new premises as part of the Trongate 103 cultural
center (p.  198), GPS sells limited-edition etchings, wood blocks, aquatints, and
screen prints by members of the prestigious collective, as well as other notable art-

Roger Billcliffe Fine Art Another fine fine-art shop with several floors of works,
whether original contemporary paintings by Scottish and English artists or delicate

Voltaire & Rousseau This shop in an out-of-the-way location near the River
Kelvin says it is the longest-running second-hand bookstore in the city. And if you
