Editing the radial gradient colors
Once you have filled an object with a gradient, you can use the Gradient tool or the Gradient
panel to edit the gradient, including changing the direction, color, and origin.
Next, you will use the Gradient tool to adjust the color of each color stop and to add two
more colors, for a total of four colors in the radial gradient.
1. Select the Gradient tool ( ) in the Tools panel.
Note
When you double-click the color stop, you can see the Location in the panel
that appears. As you build this radial gradient, you can copy the values you
see in the figures to closely match the positions of the color stops.
2. Position the pointer over the gradient annotator (bar) in the artwork to reveal the
gradient slider. Double-click the white color stop on the left end to edit the color. In the
