Reach a T intersection and take the right (east) branch. Pass tennis courts on the right
and head into a wooded area.

Bear right, following the trail, and pass an incoming sidewalk on the left (north).

Follow the trail as it bends left, right, and goes straight.

Cross over a culvert and then a bridge that crosses Halls Bayou. Cross over another cul-
vert shortly after the end of the bridge.

Pass some rock slabs on the right and left, large enough to sit on, and reach a T intersec-
tion. Take the left (north) branch and continue following the trail.

Pass a bench on the left and an information sign on the right that tells about helping
nature make stormwater cleaner.

Continue toward the retention ponds and bear slightly left (north). Then head right (east)
and reach the boardwalk that crosses the ponds.

After crossing the pond, curve right and head south. The retention pond is on the right.
Follow the trail and bend slightly left (east), following around the pond edge.
