Layers 9 and 10 are
Shape Layers
. In this case, they are simply thin white lines used to
accentuate the Titles.
The original
Background Layer
was solid white and is no longer needed, so it was elimin-
ated.
Layers are stacked in the
Layers Panel
the same as they would be if they were transparen-
cies above a light source.
In Chapter Eight, we will create each of these layers. By the end of the chapter, you will
have a good working knowledge of
Layers
and their capabilities.
