2.2.2 Features and Elements of
UFRaw's Main Window
The selected file will open in UFRaw's main window. The tabs with the controls
and functions are located on the left side of the window. The order in which
the sliders and tabs are arranged suggests the order in which you should use
them.
On the right is the program's preview image. All the changes you make
to the image appear in real time. You can rotate your image with the Crop
and Rotate tool, located in the seventh tab on the left side of the window.
Most tabs have symbols depicting the function of the tools that are available,
but some symbols can be rather cryptic. If you hover the mouse pointer over
the symbol, tool tips, explanations, and descriptions of the functions are
displayed (see figure 2.4 ).
