Ti to a concentrated NaOH solution. Figure 5.20 shows the cross-sectional view of this
type of porous structure. The pore size increases with the NaOH concentration but it is
not affected much by the treatment time (1.5-15 M/L). The pore size is also progressively
enhanced compared to the anodization method. TEM view discloses that the net has a
nanotubular structure 200 to 300 nm long and about 10 nm in diameter. SAD patterns
