İSTANBUL ARCHAEOLOGY MUSEUMS
This superb complex of museums has archaeological and artistic treasures from the Topkapı collec-
tions. Housed in three buildings, its exhibits include ancient artefacts, classical statuary and objects
showcasing Anatolian history. There are many highlights, but the 'İstanbul Through the Ages' exhibi-
tion, which focuses on the city's Byzantine past, is particularly satisfying.
