BigInsights. Business users can visualize that analysis by using Cognos
Consumer Insights. Information Server feeds any resulting insights to the
data warehouse for further modeling and analysis. In parallel, real-time call
detail reports (CDRs) are being analyzed by Streams, and Information Serv-
er feeds any resulting insights to the data warehouse. MDM technologies
provide a single view of the customer as the starting point for analysis in
BigInsights, Streams, and the data warehouse, and it can also be the place to
operationalize any insights. Finally, campaign management systems, such
as Unica, are integrated with data warehouse solutions to perform deep
analysis (for example, a customer retention campaign offer) and to execute
the campaigns.
