a) The managers are convicted that workers create and use technical knowledge,
but assume a passive behavior concerning to organizational innovation practices and
even to explore new knowledge if they don't have the pressure of a new project.
b) The generality of the employees don't have an entrepreneur behavior. They are
always waiting for the managers to implement new or change the organizational
practices and processes. Even after the innovation project and the workshops, where
all employees had participate with new ideas, after a while, all of them accommodate
their self's and nothing new has been suggested to improve the working practices.
When we talk about technical issues, they have a different attitude. New
ideas are exposed to the managers and if they are viable we implement them
according to projects goals. (Group recall -managers)
c) The technicians agree with the managers about their passive attitude according
to organizational practices.
There is a learning environment in respect to technical issues but not
about the organizational issues the innovation project help us to learn a lot
about organizational processes and organizational changes. (Group recall -
technicians)
d) Both actors assumed that the main reason for a passive attitude to organizational
innovation is because they work with several project time constraints.
We stimulate the workers to analyze the work, but we have several
constraints of time and it becomes impossible. Maybe if we could do it in a
more structured way this was a chance to learn with our errors and
successes. (Group recall -managers)
We have very little time to make any kind of analysis of our work, because
the time pressure. Any analysis we do have a technical nature and is made
along the projects. We don't have space or time to adjust our activities.

e) The technicians referred that they are always creating new technical knowledge
because the nature of work, but the organization don't have structured systems to
make it explicit and accessible to all.
There are no structured processes to transform implicit knowledge in
explicit one. There is an idea to create it, but at this moment it doesn't exist.
However in IT department we have created a Forum where we store all the
information regarding to projects: helpdesk information, problem solutions,
innovations, routines, and so on. (Group recall - technicians)
This is an issue that we must improve. The technicians develop new
knowledge in every project where they are involved in, because the
