One of the conceptual design process was the design of the means of transport,
with the topic of Human Powered Transport (HPT), made by a group of designers and
engineers in the framework of the project "Creative Design" (CD) at Wroclaw
University of Technology in collaboration with the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw
and Autodesk Inc., aiming at the development of the project group creativity through
inspiration [8]. The project “Creative Design” was carried out by the interdisciplinary
group of trainers from Poland and United Kingdom, for the interdisciplinary group of
15 students from Wroclaw University of Technology (WUT), Faculty of Mechanical
Engineering and Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw (AFA). The group of trainers was
represented by two PhD engineers from WUT, two designers from AFA and one
sociologist from University of Cambridge and Manager-Designer form Autodesk Inc.
The project lasted for one semester in number of 30 class hours. The group of 15
student was mixed in half Mechanical Engineers (with different specialisations) and
Designers.
