As a further check on the validity of the proposed unit cell, the element radiation
pattern is evaluated at different frequencies belonging to the achieved reconfigurable
frequency range (Fig. 6). The depicted diagrams refers to a reflectarray element with a
radial phasing line loaded by a capacitance of 0.8 pF.
