Abstract. The paper explores theoretically and empirically the implementation
of a Human Resources Information System (HRMIS) impacts on the decision
making of the Human Resources Managers through the use of business
intelligence (BI) tools, as reports, analysis, dashboards and metrics or measures.
The methodology approach is quantitative based on the results of a survey to
43 Human Resources Managers and Technicians and the method of data
analysis was the correlation coefficient and regression analysis performed by
SPSS software.
The findings of this study has disclosed impressive insights into the topic
which examines the impacts of the information gathered with the BI tools from
the Human Resources System on the decisions of the Human Resources
Managers and that impacts the performance of the organizations.

Introduction
In the present context of increasing globalization, rapid technological advancement
and the move towards a knowledge-based economy, human capital becomes a
strategic asset and a competitive advantage in improving organizational performance,
the only sustainable resource of the competitive advantage for organizations [1].
These changes have had a certain impact on organizations and managers in these
organizations face growing difficulties in coping technological, social, economic and
organizational changes. These changes have had a major impact on the role of the
human resources management (HRM), this function has gained increasing strategic
emphasis, and the importance of its alignment with business strategies become critical
[2][3]. Therefore, an effective HRM plays a vital role in implementing the strategic
business objectives of the organization and it is vital in order to be able to meet the
market demands with well-qualified employees at all times and to improve the
productivity and proficiency, in an efficiently and an effectively way [4].
