In-Depth Information
To understand better how these two processes are coupled, we are developing
empirical work in corporate universities to test the key ideas presented in this paper,
in a sense that allows to show how Business Intelligence Systems can provide more
critical and criterial information in the identification of internal Talent, matching the
data outputs from the job design and the development appraisal.
