erations should include the transfer of the axial, shear, and moment from
section to section, including the potentially high shear effects of the
moment transfer through the slip joint connection.
REVERSE TAPER POLES
This confi guration can be a single or multiple piece concrete pole with
a reverse change in taper direction. It is usually used in guyed pole
