What I've found is when you do that, it sometimes messes up the length of
all
the other
Cross Fade transitions (making them much longer in duration). So, keep an eye out for this,
and if it happens, you'll have to go back to each one, Right-click directly on the transition
attached to the clip, and from the pop-up menu, change your duration back to what it was.
Maybe it's a bug—I dunno—but that's what I've had to do numerous times. Well, at least
ya know, just in case, right? Okay, give your project a good look to make sure there are no
more tweaks, adjustments, or other edits because we're about to wrap this puppy up!
