Step Three:
Of course, at this point, you've just got a lens flare on a black layer—we need to get it to
blend in with our image. Easily done. Just go the Layers panel and change the layer blend
from Normal to
Screen
. As soon as you do that—BAM!—the lens flare appears (as seen
here), but it's going to appear in the center of your image. So, get the Move tool
(V)
from
theToolbox,clickonthelensflarerightonyourimage,anddragitwhereyouwantit(here,
I dragged it to the left side of her head).
