Step Nine:
When you're done, click the OK button (up in the Options Bar) and the effect is applied.
You can see how the top of the image is in focus, and by the time you get to the bouquet,
it's already out of focus (I ended up moving the first [blurred] pin down a bit). Perhaps not
the most amazing effect in Photoshop, but at least if you need it, now ya know.
