) We're not swooning, but among Kihei's few hotels, this is the
best. It's clean and comfortable, and the set-back-from-the-road location makes it quieter
than other places on the strip. The $18 daily resort fee - a bit presumptuous for a com-
pact property that's not on the beach - includes wi-fi, parking and use of bicycles and
local shuttle service.

complex on a quiet side street offers privacy and warm alohas. It's also next to a gor-

also a full-service restaurant.
