During the noon rush, islanders flock here from far and wide for Sato's steaming bowls
of saimin-like dry noodles. If you're a saimin newbie, staff will gladly give you pointers
on ordering and eating. Maui's number one noodle house also makes amazing
manju
(Japanese cakes filled with sweet bean paste), which are sold for takeout at the counter
until 4pm.
To get there take E Vineyard St, go left on Central, right on Mill, left on Imi Kala and
left on Wili Pa Loop.
