Raw Fish Camp, this isn't your average campus fare. This food court, run by students in
Maui College's acclaimed culinary arts program, is well worth a detour. The food court is
in the Paʻina Building, which borders the parking lot used for the Maui Swap Meet
( Click here ) . From Kahului Beach Rd turn onto Wahinepio Ave.
For some fine dining, check out The Class Act ( 984-3280; 11am-12:30pm Wed &
Fri) , where students create a multicourse meal made from locally grown food for $32 per
person.
