about this restaurant. Once inside, expectations are confirmed by the service and the
food. The menu relies on fresh local ingredients given innovative twists and presented
with artistic style. A seafood standout is the Maui-onion seared ahi with vanilla-bean jas-

is the handiwork of Maui's most acclaimed chef, James McDonald. The nouveau Hawaii

that he started the O'o Farm ( Click here ) in Kula to grow his own veggies.
