In-Depth Information
The storefront cafe here serves espressos and sandwiches, while the organic, slow-food
restaurant in the garden dishes up sophisticated yet casual bistro-style cuisine that makes
the most of local produce. The creative, seasonal menu may include homemade gnocchi
with morels, leeks and edamame, or grilled ahi with roasted fig and ginger fried rice.
Book ahead for dinner.
This is one of Hawaii's more dedicated establishments for supporting local farmers
and fishermen. You can get your own local organic produce and products at the Saturday
Farmers Market (9am-noon) here.
