The generous lessons offered by
this organization include a half-hour on land, one hour in the water and another hour of
solo practice. They also have a rack of SUP boards at the river mouth just begging to be
ridden. Park at the first lot next to the pier.

Evan Valiere is a Kauaʻi-raised pro surfer who competes regularly on the World Qualify-
ing Tour and in Hawaii's Triple Crown of surfing, including the Pipeline Masters, yet
makes even beginners feel comfortable on the board.
Group lessons are led by one of Valiere's seasoned instructors. Private lessons with
Valiere can be arranged in advance as well.
