are considered to have the finest burger on KauaŹ»i (and at $16 it ain't cheap), do a tasty
Cubano sandwich and an intriguing shortrib fried rice, while relying heavily on island-
grown produce. The poolside brunch is an indulgent classic.

amongst its standard burger-and-fries menu. Highlights include macadamia-nut pancakes

standard thanks to its cuisine of prime rib, lobster and fresh fish and to its ability to sur-
vive. Hearty dishes are all done well, but without the frills (you won't find any wasabi
