3. Under the document window is the resources panel. Click the Shapes tab
to view the available shapes in the resources panel.
4. Select the Chair-Director's model and drag it to the stage (Figure 16.9).
There are two methods to send the 3D model to Photoshop: the irst is to
send it as an image and the second is to send it as an editable 3D model. In
both methods, the sent model is rendered in Photoshop either as an image
or a 3D model.
Continue the previous exercise by sending the model to Photoshop:
1. In Strata Design 3D CX, choose Send Model to Photoshop.
2. A dialog box appears for you to choose the exported properties for the
model. Check all the checkboxes and click OK.
3. In Photoshop, a dialog box appears to let you either create a new
document for the imported model or import it into an existing
document. Let's start with a new document.
4. The model starts to render in Photoshop and then appears as a new 3D
layer (Figure 16.10). You can edit the model using 3D tools.
3DVIA
3DVIA is another 3D tool and model provider; it integrates with Adobe
Photoshop through the 3DVIA for Adobe Photoshop plug-in. It allows you to
