4. The Video Import dialog box appears; select the Load External Video
with Playback Component option.
5. Navigate to the Flashvideo.mov ile and press OK.
6. An alert message appears to show that the format is not supported
in Flash Player and the ile should be converted to FLV or F4v.
7. Click the Adobe Media Encoder to open the Media Encoder tool, which
allows you to set the options for the exported FLV or F4V format.
8. In the Media Encoder, set the format of the exported video to either
FLV/F4V or H.264 for HD video.
9. In the Preset section, you can choose from the available presets or Edit
Export Settings to set your custom setting.
10. The Export Setting dialog box includes two sections: the left part lets
you preview the video output and crop the video using the Crop
Output icon at the top left. You can also crop the timeline of the video
by using the work area in the slider under the video.
11. The right section includes the video formats and presets available. Also,
it gives the option to export video and audio.
12. Under the video summary, there are ive tabs that let you edit the
setting of the video. The Filters tab lets you add ilter efects, such as
Gaussian Blur. The Format tab lets you set the exported video to be
either FLV or F4V. The Video and Audio tabs let you set the setting and
compression for the video and audio; these options are similar to the
FLV Export option in Photoshop. The FTP tab lets you set an FTP account
to directly upload video content to the server.
13. Click Start Queue to begin converting the video to FLV.
