Changing the frame rate in the export process afects the video animation
speed. Subsequently, the inal output can be either faster or slower than the
original video. A high frame rate produces a higher number of frames per
second, which consequently increases the size of the rendered video or
sequence images and the animation speed as well. A low frame rate
produces fewer frames per second, which exports smaller videos of lower
quality. The lower fps animation exports fewer sequence frames for the total
animation.
