Summary
Adobe Photoshop includes diferent methods to create 3D content and
interact with diferent 3D formats, and provides the ability to convert 2D
content to 3D objects. In this chapter, I covered how to create 3D content
from 2D resources using the Repoussé feature, which allows us to create 3D
content based on selections, paths, and text layers.
The Repoussé feature includes the ability to modify and edit the 3D created
content easily through the Repoussé dialog box, which includes many
settings. The Repoussé feature is one of the most important resources in
Photoshop to create 3D content, as it can be used in many ways, such as
creating 3D text for design and animation. You can also extrude a 2D design
and convert your design to 3D.
