managing and working with any Essbase development project can be the most reward-
ing aspect of your job. The fulfillment that development projects provide causes the
dealing with production issues, doing performance tuning, or performing day-to-day
administrative tasks to pale in comparison. Development projects break up the monot-
ony of being an administrator and keep things exciting while giving you opportunities
to grow technically and be innovative, all while furthering your career.
