Three Oxygen-regulating Journeys
For each journey, the words within the brackets tell you where to begin, or which
is your next stop (ignore them once your familiarity has increased). We will travel
around the first journey to begin with, so now spend a little time giving the follow-
ing map some special attention.
Go to your Gaia place, and place the map of the first journey nearby, so that you
can open your eyes to glance at it whenever you need to. Take a few deep breaths,
and allow yourself the time and space to take in the sounds, smells and sights of
your Gaia place.
