prehistoric and traditional cooking and food preparation, i.e. what our ances-
tors ate, how they prepared that food, cooked it and ate it. Tourism operators
will be able to pick an era and create a food experience based on that era. This
will include cooking using hot stones, clay-baked food and other cooking
techniques.
Food tourism in the future will be about the past, but using modern mar-
keting techniques.
