Describe how to report the analysis results. Describe if reports go to the executive/
governance level, management level, or operations level. Each will have a differ-
ent level of detail and a different focus for the message. Executive and governance
reports focus on business value of awareness and understanding. Management
reports show if they have to address issues with their subordinates reading e-mail
and complying with organizational requests. Operations show if the tactical execu-
tion of the awareness and training endeavor was successful.
