(elCM) Framework
There are many life cycle management processes, including system life cycle man-
agement, solution life cycle management, and enterprise life cycle management
(ELCM). These life cycles take on slightly different nuances, but all have the same
objective of introducing a consistent, repeatable management process in furthering
organizational interests and managing organizational resources. The ELCM frame-
work consists of the following phases:
