3.2.15 EFFECT ON INCIDENCE OF INSECT, PEST AND
DISEASE
Erratic changes in temperature and precipitation leads to more incidences
of insect, pest and disease. In the last few years, the attack of apple scab,
powdery mildew in apple, flee beetle in almost all the temperate fruit crops
has been increased (Figs. 3.5 and 3.6).
