To create a user group, click the Manage User Groups link in the Tasks region (shown
in
Figure 14-21
), and click the Create Group button. Enter a unique group name and
description, as shown in
Figure 14-24
.

Assigning Users to a Group
Assigning users to a group isn't very intuitive. Clicking User Group Assignments in
the Manage Groups region only gives you a report of all the users and their groups. To
assign a user to a group, you need to edit the user (Users
Edit User) and scroll
down to the User Groups region shown in
Figure 14-25
.
