Announcements allow workspace administrators to display messages to APEX deve-
lopers. Announcements are displayed in key areas throughout the APEX development
environment. These messages aren't displayed in your APEX applications.
To create an announcement, click the Edit Announcement icon that looks like a
speaker (see
Figure 14-3
)
. Enter a message, and click the Apply Changes button, as
shown in
Figure 14-5
. The message appears in the announcement section, as shown in
Figure 14-5.
