One of the features of the access-control utility is the ability to enable or disable the
enforcement of the utility itself. Running page 620 displays the header shown in Figure
9-26 . By default, the access-control utility is set to Full Access. To enable the access-
control features, set the mode using the following steps:

ive privileges controlled by access control list
29. Click the Set Application Mode button shown in Figure 9-26 .

You now have the editing forms in place and all the data set up properly, although
the application isn't yet using any of the restrictions you've created. You do that in the
next section.
