The interactive report has a built-in Search Bar, which is command central for the
interactive report. All of the end-user features are accessed through the Search Bar. The
Search Bar is located on the top of the interactive report, in the standard location for a
report search field. But this is so much more than just a search field! The Search Bar
includes the following:
Finder drop-down : Represented by the magnifying glass, this feature al-
lows the user to select which column to filter on.
Search field : A search field where the user can enter and find text strings.
Report select list : A select list of all saved reports. This select list is visible
only when more than one saved report is available. We talk about saved re-
ports in a moment.
Rows-per-page selector : A select list of number-of-rows options. This func-
tion is turned off by default, because it's also available from within the Ac-
tions menu.
Actions menu : A menu of actions enabled for this report—the “interactive”
options of the interactive report.
