Note that when you sort an APEX report column by date, the report sorts based on
the value of the actual date, not the displayed value. This is a built-in feature of APEX.
Also, when you export to Excel, the
TICKET_ID
column isn't part of the resulting
CSV file, which is the result of your setting the Include in Export option to No.
