We can add components to
Page1.jsp
by simply dragging components from the
palette into the design window. For example, if we wish to add a text field to the
page, all we need to do is drag the
Text Field
component from the palette into the
design window.
We can customize our text field by modifying its attributes on the
Properties
window.
We can gain screen real estate in the
Properties
window by either
detaching it (keyboard shortcut
Alt+Shift+D
) then resizing it or by
minimizing the
Palette
window.
