Selecting Multiple Files or Folders
You can select multiple files or folders for importing through either the
Shift+click technique or through the Command-click technique. The
Shift+click technique selects files that are sequential in a list. Click the
first file in the list and then, holding the Shift key down, click the last file
in the list. All files are selected between the first and the last file. The
Command-click technique lets you select non-adjacent files. Click the first
file you want to select and then hold down the Command key and click
any other file(s).
4. Click Media Files (photos, video, audio).
5. In the pop-out menu, choose a specific type of file to import. The default is Media
Files (photo, video, audio). The other options are .pdf, .pse, or all file types.
6. Click to select the automatic options you want. These are toggle options; click
once to select, and click again to deselect.
• Get Photos from Subfolders —Select this option to import any media from
subfolders in the designated import folder.
