Import Wizard—PC Only
Photoshop Elements 13 for Windows has an Import Wizard that guides
you through the import process when you first install and launch the Or-
ganizer, and the Mac does not. This wizard automatically displays the first
time you open Organizer for Windows. Click the Import menu and choose
the import method based on the device that contains your media. Each im-
port method is covered in detail next.
Using the Import Button
You can import photos into the Organizer through the Import button in the Options bar.
Both the Mac and Windows versions of Organizer have an Import button, but the drop-
down menu offers different choices. Also, the import process is slightly different for im-
porting media. Follow the instructions below for either Mac or PC for the correct import
process.
