4. Click Next to proceed to the next category in the Preferences Category list.
5. Click Prev to access the previous category in the Preferences Category list.
6. Click Reset to reset the active category options and settings to the original default
settings.
7. Click OK to set the customized options and settings for that category and close the
Preferences window.
8. Click Cancel to close the Preferences window and leave the Preferences options
and settings as previously set.
