2. In the Tool Options bar, click the Line Shape Tool option.
3. Click the Width box and type a width for your line.
4. Click the Set Color for New Layer palette and select a color from the palette. This
is the stroke color for the line.
5. All tools have a Shape Style Picker; click this to choose a shape style.
6. Click the Arrow Head menu and choose an Arrow Head style.
7. If you choose an Arrow Head style in step 6, you'll see the Width and Height
boxes for setting the style of the arrow heads. Click in the W/H box to manually
set the width and height of your arrow heads.
8. Click the Concavity box to set how concave the arrow heads are in shape.
9. Use the Shape Layer options to add or subtract from a shape on the shape layer.
Click the option that you need to edit your shape.
10. Click Simplify to merge all shapes on a layer into one shape.
11. Click and drag in the photo to create your line.
Constraining Lines and Shapes
You can constrain a line or a shape by holding down the Shift key while
you drag to create the line or shape.
Creating Polygons and Stars
You can also create stars and polygons. They share some of the options and settings that we
have already covered, but because of their shapes, they have a few more options you can
set.
