Sticky Interface
Photoshop Elements 13 has a sticky interface. This means that if you rear-
range your workspace and open panels, and then quit Photoshop Ele-
ments, the next time you open it, your workspace appears how you left it
the last time you used it.
Customizing Preferences
Photoshop Elements 13 has preferences that you can customize. The preferences set default
settings and options for how Photoshop Elements functions. There are separate preferences
for both Element Organizer and the Elements Editor.
