Position your cursor over the horizontal border between the Tags and Information
panel (or the Photo Fix Options panel depending on which you have opened) and
the Image Tags panel. Click and drag up or down to change the height of each pan-
el proportionally.

Based on which panel you have open, the Tags and Information panel or the In-
stant Fix panel, click the associated button in the taskbar to close the panel.
