You can use other online printing vendors other than the ones that Adobe has established
relationships though. Either which way, you need to have an account with an online print
vendor to begin using them for your print projects.
1.
In either Organizer or the Photo Editor, select the photos or photo book projects
that you want to send to an online printer for printing.

Choose File, Order Prints, Order
print vendor name
Prints from the menu bar.
