2. In the Save for Web window, click the Preset menu and choose a preset web
format.
3. Compare the two preview images. The one on the left is the original image. The
one on the right is the optimized preview of the photo. Having them side by side
lets you compare your optimization while maintaining the best possible image
quality.
4. To set your own optimization format and settings, click the Optimized File Format
menu and choose a web graphic format.
5. Click the Compression Quality menu and choose a compression option.
6. Click the Quality menu and either choose a preset quality or click in the field and
type a number.
7. Set the other compression options as needed.
8. If you want to resize the image, click in the Width and Height fields and type a di-
mension.
9. You can also click in the Percent field and type a number for a percent resize of the
photo.
